So not very exciting this week but that's OK, something to work with.....

Meal 1 -
Pork Sausages, cut into pieces and pan fried for 5 mins. Add garlic, mushrooms, courgettes and a can of tomatoes. Simmer for 15-12 minutes. Serve with grated cheese.

Make enough for lunch the next day or two.

Meal 2 -
Pork Belly, oiled and salted then grilled on a high temperature. Served with steamed carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. Enough leftovers for one meal at lunch.

Meal 3 -
Mince cooked in the Pan with with Mushrooms, Garlic and Tomato Paste. Served with grated cheese and sour cream.

Meal 4 -
Chicken Roast with Kumara and steamed Veges. Enough leftover chicken for another meal.

Meal 5 -
Primal Chicken and Bacon Pizza with feta, courgettes, pepper and pumpkin.

Meal 6 -
Red Cod poached in a can or tomatoes, and with - you guessed it - steamed veges.

Meal 7 -
Pork Sausages again - on the BBQ served with Avocado and Cherry Tomato (from garden) Salad.
