Breakfast and Lunch

Today felt like a something different food day - got to keep it exciting!

Leftover Quiche -

Slow cooked Chicken, Broccoli, Kumara, Cheese and Cream Quiche with Cranberry Paste.

Polish Sausage and Chicken Soup -

For lunch I used all the juices from the slow cooked chicken to make a soup, the juice had some celery and carrot in it. I added garlic, tomato paste, can of tomatoes and a smoked polish sausage. Then topped it with chicken breast and sea salt. Pretty Tasty :-)
