Paleo Raspberry Chocolate Brownie - Grain and Dairy Free

Oh this is good! I just needed a chocolate treat that didn't have dairy in it. So I created this - why don't you give it a go. Could be great for a birthday cake or can be made into approx 16 muffins for school treats.


 Paleo Raspberry Chocolate Brownie 


Ingredients:

DRY
1 cup Almond Flour
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
15 Dates chopped into small pieces

WET
3 Eggs
1 teaspoons Vanilla
5 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Coconut Cream
1 cup Raspberries, if frozen defrost slightly first

Method:
Mix together dry ingredients in one bowl and then wet in another. Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix well. Poor into lined and greased square cake tin. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Watch to make sure it doesn't burn and turn down oven if needed. Cool for a few minutes before removing from tin. Serve with raspberries, yogurt or cream.
