Primal on a budget - My $10 dinner week

At the moment the $$ are a bit tough. Since all of our money goes on food anyways, it's the only place we can cut. So my goal this week is to make $10 dinners for Peter, Elias and myself.

Salmon fillet (250 grams), spinach and courgette. Seasoned with ginger, soy, garlic and butter.

"Awesome"

Tuesday - Mince with spinach and mushrooms

Ingredients:
Lean Mince (450 grams), can of tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, salt, mushrooms (200 grams) and spinach.

Thursday - Baked Chicken, Kumara Hash and Broccoli

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs with skin on, smoked garlic salt, Red Kumara, cheese, 2 eggs, Broccoli.

Bonus Points:

Taste Report from Peter:
"Chicken skin is so yummy baked and even better with Kumara hash browns!"

Dish was enough for dinner and lunches (came in at about $13 all up). Beef went down a treat with Elias and super easy if you are organised.
