Primal Anzac Biscuits







Ingredients:

50grams Butter
4 Tbspoons Honey
1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Tbspoon Water
1 cup Almond flour
1/3 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/3 Sunflower seeds
1/3 chopped Almonds
1 cup Coconut flakes
1 teaspoon Cinammon
Pinch Sea Salt

Method:

Belt butter and honey. Add baking soda and water and stir quickly. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Roll into 16 balls. If needed add more almond flour until in the right consistency. Place on greased tray and press with fork.
Bake at160 degrees C for 10-15mins.

Eat warm!
