Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sea Salt
I like Potato Chips/Crisps - just as much as the next person, so here is what I do instead of reaching for that packet!
Grab a packet of Pumpkin Seeds from the Supermarket.
Pour into a fry pan on low heat.
Dry toast for approximately 5 minutes, stirring as you go so they don't burn.
The seeds start to make a popping sounds as they heat and expand.
Take off heat and sprinkle with sea salt.
Serve as a snack or in salads and a stir fry.
