Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs, Fruit and Coffee with Cream for me.
After breakfast I pan friend some chicken coated in almond flour and pamersan cheese in coconut oil to lunch/dinner, we are all going to be in different places today so I prepared ahead.
Post Workout Coconut Berry Smoothies for me, with leftovers for everyone - always a favourite.
Dinner - Fried Lamb Chops and Beetroot, Feta and Walnut salad. Yum Yum.
Plus snacking on Paleo Baking creations in the evening.
