Organisation is the key to good nutrition - I promise!

As every busy family knows coordinating two working parents, childcare and good nutrition takes organisation! Lucky, a lovely person told me today that I am good at being organised :-)

Today involved a bit of time in the kitchen but we are now sorted for the next few days. Throw in a piece of fruit or two, some nuts and a coffee - awesome food for the day! Check it out below....

                               Steak and vegetable stir fry - enough for 3 meals for the hubby

                                     Green curry with Chicken, leftovers for my lunch tomorrow

                                     Lamb Pizza (aka Frittata) with pumpkin, carrot and kumara.

                                                    And trusty old Almond Berry Muffins
