Paleo Cocoa Nut Balls
150 grams Raw Walnuts
150 grams Raw Almonds
50 grams Desiccated Coconut
20 fresh dates (if dried, soak in hot water for an hour before using)
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Melted Honey (or Agave)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Throw dry ingredients into the blender, once crumbly add dates and vanilla and blend again.
Roll into balls and refrigerate well before serving.
