Mix all ingredients together and cook in fry pan with a bit of butter. Use a medium heat as they cook quickly and can burn.

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
