Lunch today.....

Today I felt like something different and there was no rush to cook - so I did some roasting....

Red Pepper with spinach leaves, olive oil, garlic, basil pesto and feta.
Tomatoes with olive oil, sea salt, fresh thyme and parsley.
Canned smoked Tuna.

YUMMO! And surprisingly, Elias loved it too.
