What an awesome morning!
The atmosphere at CrossFit Christchurch this morning was amazing. Members who participated completed a Max 1 Rep Deadlift and the workout called 'Helen'. They did so well, I was very impressed with the efforts every put in!
Workouts were following by a Primal Coconut Berry Smoothie, then Salmon Quiche and my Mega Coleslaw Salad with Almonds. Perfect way to be rewarded for a hard workout.
I am looking forward to Testing Day 2 in 6 weeks time......
