Primal Pork Burgers
Feel like burgers but don't want the bread? Tonight we make lettuce burgers with pork mince and of bit of left over bacon.
Pork burger patties
350 grams of Pork Mince
1 Glove Garlic - crushed
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
1/2 - 1 Carrot - grated
Dessicated Coconut - 1/3 cup
Salt / Pepper
Mix in a bowl and form whatever size patties you want. Cook in a fan pan in coconut oil.
Then we cooked some bacon, added in some avocado and lettuce. We didn't have tomato but that would have been perfect as the pork can go a little dry. Wee squirt of Mayo.
Wrap the patties and other goodies in your lettuce leaves and you are good to go. The bigger the lettuce leaves the easier it is to eat.
We also added some Kumara Hashbrowns in there for extra carbs.
