Budget Beef Frittata - A BIG hit with the Primal Toddler

With all that bulk discounted Beef Ribeye I got this week, I used an idea from my Nutrition client Julie

Beef Steak Frittata 

Chopped up cold Beef - use a good amount
4-5 Eggs
Grated Cheese
Cold leftover Veges - I used Broccoli and Kumara
Sea Salt

Combine all in frying pan, cook until starts to set then throw under the grill to finish.

Elias loved it for breakfast - it was nice to have something different. Plus enough left for tomorrow.

This recipe is certainly a great idea when on a budget and you want something that little bit different! And very easy too.
